Job Description
* Architect and propose Magento solutions as per the company requirements
* Perform requirement analysis and produce technical documents
* Make sure team produce clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
* Perform thorough quality analysis and code review on the code before going live
* Work with the QA and Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
* Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
* Train the subordinate team of developers
* Create reusable components, which can be configured for different projects
* Research on new integration and plug-in capabilities
* Oversee performance enhancement of the application

Desired Candidate Profile
At least 5 years' experience in tech lead position with total 10 years' experience in web development using PHP & LAMP technologies.
Magento EE 2 experience is a must, should have led two complete projects in EE.
Experience in multi-store, multi-lingual, or multi-currency e-commerce implementations.
Expertise in executing eCommerce projects and integration with external systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Builder and Payment Gateways such as KNET, PayPal and Cybersource.
Expert understanding of Magento's code structure, extension architecture, theming hierarchy, and fallback components.
Competent with PHP object-oriented programming & MVC applications.
Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
Understanding front-end technologies like Javascript frameworks, Angularjs
Understanding different technologies together for a good product.
Team handling & project management skills.
Firm grasp of Sub version/Git-based source control.
Experience with caching, improving performance and scaling techniques.
Familiarity with automated deployment strategies on AWS.
Priority will be given to candidate who has experience in managing servers and related security & patching.
Must have strong experience in integration method from\\to offline ERPs to\\from Magento.
Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
